We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Contrata.ink within the first 30 days of signing up, we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked — just email support@contrata.ink to request it.

After the 30-day window, refunds are no longer available. Either way, you can cancel your subscription at any time: access to the service remains active until the end of the current billing period, whether you cancel inside or outside the refund window.

By subscribing and getting immediate access to the digital service, you agree that you're waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 103.a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which is replaced by the 30-day money-back guarantee described in this policy.
