- What counts as a client business?
- Each distinct business — one CIF/NIF — that you draft documents for. A hotel using Contrata.ink for its own staff counts as one.
- Is there really no per-contract charge?
- No. Within any paid plan you draft as many contracts, llamamientos and finiquitos as the season needs.
- I only run one hotel — which plan?
- The Free plan covers one business and three active contracts. Beyond that, Solo is the smallest paid plan.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — up or down, at any time.
- What's included in Enterprise?
- Shared team logins, white-label PDFs with your firm's branding, and support for more than 100 client businesses.
- Is my clients' employee data secure?
- Data is stored in the EU (Supabase, eu-west region). Uploaded contract files are analysed and then discarded — we keep only the extracted data. See our privacy policy for detail.
