CLÁUSULAS

Primera. — Objeto: prestación de servicios como Camarero/a
en el establecimiento hotelero.

Segunda. — Duración: contrato fijo-discontinuo, temporada
2025, con inicio el 1 de abril de 2025.

Tercera. — Retribución: 1.400 € brutos mensuales, conforme
al Convenio Colectivo de Hostelería de Baleares.

CLAUSES

First. — Purpose: provision of services as Waiter/Waitress
at the hotel establishment.

Second. — Duration: fixed-discontinuous seasonal contract
for the 2025 season, starting 1 April 2025.

Third. — Salary: €1,400 gross per month, in accordance with
the Balearic Hospitality Collective Agreement.

REUNIDOS

De una parte, HOTEL SOL MALLORCA, S.L., con domicilio social en
Palma de Mallorca, representada en este acto por su Dirección de
Recursos Humanos, en adelante "la Empresa".

De otra parte, Dña. María López García, mayor de edad, en
adelante "la Persona Trabajadora".

Ambas partes se reconocen mutuamente capacidad legal suficiente y

EXPONEN

Que la Empresa y la Persona Trabajadora acuerdan formalizar el
presente contrato de trabajo fijo-discontinuo, con sujeción a las
siguientes

CLÁUSULAS

Primera. — Objeto. La Persona Trabajadora prestará servicios
como CAMARERO/A en el establecimiento hotelero titularidad de
la Empresa.

Segunda. — Duración. El presente contrato tiene carácter
fijo-discontinuo para la temporada 2025, iniciándose la
prestación de servicios el 1 de abril de 2025.

Tercera. — Jornada. La jornada de trabajo será la establecida
en el Convenio Colectivo de Hostelería de las Illes Balears.

Cuarta. — Retribución. La Persona Trabajadora percibirá una
retribución bruta mensual de 1.400 €, conforme a lo dispuesto
en el convenio de aplicación.

Quinta. — Periodo de prueba. Se establece un periodo de prueba
conforme al Estatuto de los Trabajadores y al convenio de
aplicación.

Y en prueba de conformidad, ambas partes firman el presente
contrato por duplicado.

SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (FIXED-DISCONTINUOUS)

In Palma de Mallorca, on 1 April 2025

BETWEEN

HOTEL SOL MALLORCA, S.L., with registered address in Palma de
Mallorca, represented by its Human Resources Department,
hereinafter "the Company".

And María López García, of legal age, hereinafter
"the Employee".

Both parties mutually acknowledge sufficient legal capacity and

STATE

That the Company and the Employee agree to formalise this
fixed-discontinuous employment contract, subject to the
following

CLAUSES

First. — Purpose. The Employee shall provide services as
WAITER/WAITRESS at the hotel establishment owned by the
Company.

Second. — Duration. This is a fixed-discontinuous contract for
the 2025 season, with services commencing on 1 April 2025.

Third. — Working hours. Working hours shall follow those set
out in the Balearic Islands Hospitality Collective Agreement.

Fourth. — Salary. The Employee shall receive a gross monthly
salary of €1,400, in accordance with the applicable collective
agreement.

Fifth. — Probation period. A probation period is established in
accordance with the Workers' Statute and the applicable
collective agreement.

In witness whereof, both parties sign this contract in
duplicate.
